With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Sex, love and relationships are common human experiences and yet, surprisingly, they are often the most difficult to talk about and understand.

We are not born knowing how to have great sex or develop healthy relationships. Nothing could be further from the truth! Sex and romantic relationships are both an art and a skillset developed through experience, and also through support and guidance.

I am a Registered Professional Counsellor, Somatic Sex Educator and Life Coach who specializes in sex therapy. I use body-based therapeutic exercises in combination with talk therapy to help people with their sexual and relational difficulties and dissatisfaction. The hope is for you to learn and understand how to create a sex life filled with pleasure and intimacy rather than shame, fear, or performance anxiety.

I offer individual online counselling sessions as well as specialized coaching packages through a confidential video chat platform.
